: I'm creating a rectangular panel that has 3 Fleur delys'
: embedded within a pattern of many rectangular pieces.
: I think I need to do the 3 Fleurs in copper foil and
: then insert them into the panel, the rest of which
: would be lead came. Is this feasible or crazy? If ok
: to do, what do I need to do differently? How will the
: glazing/putty effect the copper foil sections? Any
: tips are appreciated. Thanks!

I have a 3' by 5' panel with morning glories, leaves and hummingbirds in all done in copper foil. These are laid into a panel of 4" by 6" sections that are separated by lead. Absolutely no problem. Just be sure and solder all intersecting lines where the CF meets the lead.
