:I've seen it done. One would need to custom make a full frame and create a triplle glazed sealed unit. I can be reach by e mail or at 416-781-9833 xtn 22.
Company Name is : Shower Door of Canada
: : :
: : : : Has any one ever heard of a shower door that could be made to frame a stained glass panel?

: : : I think you would need it sandwiched between two pieces of tempered glass. Most if not all codes require tempered in the bathroom.
: : yes, but who could make a shower door like that, and wouldn't that be very heavy?

: Many flat glass shops also specialize in shower doors. Also...many very expensive cusotm homes have unique shower doors that are very heavy. There are all sorts of hinges and support brackets made that will support some fery heavy doors.
